Erica D'Eramo

Co-Founder &

Chief Executive Officer

Erica has co-founded Caffeinated Aspirations with Pavan Purswani to create dynamic and thoughtful solutions to organizations. She is specifically passionate about educating individuals in areas of social justice, salary equity, professional development, and community support.

Erica is a member of the Franklin & Marshall LGBTQ Alumni Council, entrepreneur, and Assistant Director of the Center for Women in Technology at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Pavan M. Purswani

Co-Founder &

Chief Branding Officer

Pavan Purswani is a partner, father, higher education professional and co-founder of Caffeinated Aspirations. He brings nearly 15 years of experience in higher education with a robust portfolio of experiences. Pavan is passionate about mental health, storytelling, identity, equality, and quality educational opportunities.

  • Masters of Science, Counseling with Concentration in College Student Personnel, Shippensburg University

  • Doctor of Philosophy Student, Higher Education Administration, Morgan State University
